Hi, I’m Paul, head beekeeper here at Botany Bay Bees. I’m a builder by trade, and started beekeeping out of curiosity and a desire to give something back to the land.

We’re still small-scale (just a few hives for now), but we do things properly: no additives, no blending, and no cutting corners. Just real, raw honey from healthy hives.
